Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled while they are still being prepared for shipment. To cancel, email us at contact@comcom.ai with your order number before your order is dispatched. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

Because every order ships internationally from Korea, we are unable to accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns once an order has been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

When an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount — including shipping — is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email photos of the damage to contact@comcom.ai within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number. Once we confirm the damage, we will ship a replacement copy at no extra cost.
