Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with a shipping address outside the US cannot be processed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the carrier rates in effect. The applicable shipping fee, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 10–14 business days (approximately two weeks) depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the shipping date, please contact us so we can investigate.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment with the carrier. You can also log in to your account to view the status of current and past orders. If you have not received a tracking email within the processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us.
